Support our Mission

Unrestricted contributions allow Leadership Montgomery to provide programs, education, and events throughout the year. Your general operations contribution supports:


Public Education- To keep the community engaged with the issues faced in Montgomery County, LM offers many events, seminars, and workshops that connect participants to the pressing issues of the community.


Staffing –LM runs on a lean staffing model with dedicated professionals who present multiple opportunities to be inspired, connected, convened, and educated as a leader throughout the year.

Support Scholarships

Leadership Montgomery seeks, as a priority, philanthropic investments to sustain its ability to attract and enroll diverse leaders suited for the leadership programs. Scholarships are offered to support participation in the Emerging Leaders, CORE, and ENCORE Leadership Montgomery programs.

Growing and providing value-added services to members, partners, and the public requires flexibility and strategic investments. Leadership Montgomery achieves these goals by maintaining a strategic reserve innovation fund.
