BUSINESS RESILIENCE:

Adapting Business, Funding, and Strategy in a Shifting Government Landscape

Join Leadership Montgomery for the LEAD Forum: A one-day convening designed to help entrepreneurs, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that were impacted by the Federal Government's recent changes.

The LEAD Forum is for professionals at all levels who work with, or want to work with, government and are seeking practical insight into how funding, procurement, and policy changes affect organizational roles, opportunities, and readiness.

In partnership with the Montgomery County Business Center, Leadership Montgomery convenes this cross-sector audience to strengthen understanding, readiness, and capability across the local business and nonprofit ecosystem.

During this conference, participants will:

  • Understand the current state of federal, state, and county procurement
  • Identify viable diversification pathways
  • Understand compliance and registration requirements
  • Leave with concrete next-step actions
