Leadership Montgomery alumni are part of a cross-sector network of leaders from business, government, nonprofit, education, healthcare, and community organizations. Through LM, alumni can continue to learn about issues affecting the county, build relationships across sectors, contribute their expertise, and support the development of future leaders.

All LM alumni remain part of the network and receive LM communications, event invitations, and opportunities to connect and contribute. Engaged alumni make an annual investment to sustain the network and receive a deeper member experience, including leadership briefings, member recognition, directory access when available, and priority notice of select opportunities.

The Alumni Leadership Advisory Group gives LM an ongoing alumni perspective on the leadership needs of Montgomery County.


Alumni Ambassadors help LM act by identifying candidates, making introductions, hosting, speaking, mentoring, coaching, and connecting LM with leaders and communities it should know.
