The Monthly Educational Training Program provides targeted, applied sessions for Montgomery County entrepreneurs, businesses, and nonprofit organizations navigating disruption driven by recent federal changes.
These sessions are designed for organizations that need to make near-term decisions, including adjusting revenue strategies, repositioning services, and identifying viable opportunities across federal, state, local, and private markets.
Each session focuses on a specific, high-priority topic and is structured to deliver practical guidance that participants can apply immediately. Whether you are reassessing your reliance on federal funding, exploring new procurement pathways, or identifying alternative growth strategies, these trainings are designed to help you determine next steps.
This program complements the LEAD Forum: Business Resilience and Advance Cohort by making critical content accessible to a broader set of organizations, including those not participating in the cohort.
Participants will leave sessions with:
- A clearer understanding of how current policy and funding shifts affect their organization
- Specific actions to take in the next 30–90 days
- Insight into viable opportunities beyond federal funding
- Tools and frameworks to support decision-making under constraint
These sessions are offered at no cost. Space is limited, and priority will be given to organizations directly impacted by federal changes and prepared to apply what they learn. A waitlist will be maintained.
