The Membership & Program Associate will work closely with our Director of Engagement and Executive Director to:
  • Support membership growth, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Assist with program planning, promotion, and implementation
  • Foster relationships with members and help ensure an excellent member experience
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to program evaluation
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about building inclusive communities.
Salary: $50–$56K (based on experience), plus potential performance-based bonus
 Hours: Flexible/staggered to include some evenings, weekends, and community events

Finance and Operations Manager

Collegiate Directions, Inc. seeks a Finance and Operations Manager to lead the daily financial and administrative operations of CDI. This position is responsible for all financial matters including budget development, financial planning and reporting, maintaining internal controls, grants management, and preparing data for the external auditor. The Finance and Operations Manager also leads CDI’s operational matters including managing HR requirements, payroll and benefits; maintaining the organization’s assets (property); managing the risk management functions (insurance and compliance matters); and serving as a liaison with building management.
