EL


Emerging Leaders is a dynamic program design for professionals looking to develop and grow their leadership  capabilities, enhance their knowledge of Montgomery County, and build their network.


ENCORE


The Encore program (formerly the Senior Leadership Montgomery program) is for those recently retired or soon-to-be-retired from full-time employment. This program will help participants discover their post-professional leadership purpose.


REAL


The REAL inclusion program is designed to provide organizations the awareness, skills and structures needed to identify and implement practices that lead to racially equitable outcomes.
