Senior Leadership Montgomery
Senior Leadership Montgomery (SLM) is an innovative and well-respected program for the engagement of mature adults, 55 or over, with diverse backgrounds and leadership experience from the business, nonprofit or government sectors who live in Montgomery County. Like the Core Program, the SLM program is selected via an application process. Participants can expect to learn a tremendous amount about the workings of Montgomery County, meet fascinating people while developing strong life-long relationships with their SLM classmates.
“I looked at my SLM class as a tapestry….a wonderful weaving of unique individual strands that all come together in a magical way. Our group hails from many states and countries. And we are diverse in terms of age (55 to well over 80), race, religion and (dis)ability.” Judy Fink SLM ‘10
