The Evening's Events COMMENCEMENT OF THE CORE AND SENIOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS The Class of '08 adds 45 new Core and 19 Senior graduates to the membership, who will serve as strong and effective leaders and make Montgomery County a vibrant community. SANDY SPRING BANK OUTSTANDING LEADER AWARD This award which rewards and fosters outstanding leadership, will be presented to Eliot Pfanstiehl, President and Chief Executive Officer of Strathmore.
